It’s time to Fight Like a Girl!

Looking to try something new, explore historical fighting techniques and test your skills with a sword?
The School of Arms and Armour will be running a six-week introduction to Blossfectern (unarmoured combat) for women and girls.

It will cover the basics of longsword, dagger and wrestling. Following the course, students will join the club’s beginner’s class for the last four weeks of term.

Classes start 13 October 2025
Time: Mondays 6:30-8:30pm
Where: Mount Stromlo High School, 220 Badimara St, Waramanga
Cost: $110 per term. (Includes six-week Fight Like a Girl course and four weeks with the beginners’ class)
